I would like to take a moment to extend a personal welcome. I look forward to working with you. Employment at Florida Cooling Solutions Inc is at-will. I am the only person that has the authorization to modify the at-will nature of employment relationships, and it would be in a legal document form. I started this company in 2004 with the aspirations of becoming a prominent HVAC company in Southwest Florida.
My primary concern was locating the proper employees to assist in this growth. The integrity of a company is based on the way a service is provided.
The most important asset any company has is its employees, as no company can function or grow without a strong, educated team using good communication skills. Respect towards our employees, customers, and affiliates are extended at all times.
