Eric
Owner/Operator
Eric Thomann is the owner of Florida Cooling Solutions, where he has been the proud operator for 15 years since he opened the doors on November 14th, 2005. He brings knowledge from his additional 16 years of experience on the east coast of Florida prior to coming to the Lee County area. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, as well as fishing and playing music.
Kelly
Operations Manager
Kelly has been with the company since 2007; she was born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida. She’s a fur mommy of two. Her pup names are Sally and Lady. She’s in the process of getting her bachelor’s in business management. She takes pride in customer service and keeping up company moral. On the weekends, you can find Kelly somewhere around water, soaking up the beautiful Florida rays.
Denise
Denise and her husband moved down to Florida a few years ago to retire. They have (2) children. When she’s not plugging away the numbers, she enjoys taking a ride on her boat, listen to live music and is always up for a good time. Denise keeps the atmosphere fun in our office.
Jordan
Maintenance Apprentice
Jordan Bohenkamp is new to the HVAC trade and is eagerly looking to learn more. He currently assists with our residential installations and maintenance contracts. Jordan always comes to work with a sense of humor that has the whole team laughing. On the weekends, you can be sure to find Jordan near the water fishing for grouper and/or cruising on a boat. His other hobbies include cars and travel. One of Jordan’s dream destinations is Hawaii. We are pleased to introduce our newest apprentice, Jordan. We look forward to working with him to reach the goal of becoming a Maintenance Technician over the next few months.
Vinny
Service Technician
Vinny Leotti is a Florida native, with a little over 6 years in the trade. He has inquired quite the experience. Between Commercial and Residential air conditioning systems; as well as refrigeration there isn’t a job too big or too small, that he can’t handle. He takes pride in providing complete customer satisfaction. If you have fur babies when he arrives please don’t put them away as he is an animal lover. Vinny and his wife Shelly have (2) dogs and (2) cats of their own. On their weekend they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. HVAC hero by day family man by night.
